Alzburg Resort offers studio apartments with kitchenettes featuring mini-refrigerators, convection microwaves, stove tops, dishwashers, and washer/dryers. Hotel spa rooms include king-size beds, corner spa baths with showers, Nespresso coffee machines, and mini-fridges. Two-bedroom apartments provide full-sized kitchens, corner spa baths with showers, SMART TVs in the lounge, and flatscreen TVs in each bedroom. Located in Mansfield, Alzburg Resort is within walking distance of the town's shops, cafes, and restaurants. Mansfield Golf Course, Bonnie Doon, Lake Eildon and Mansfield Zoo are nearby. Mt Buller is approximately 48 kilometers away, accessible by car in about 41 minutes. The resort provides a Park 'n Ride service with car parking and coach transfers to Mt Buller.

Alzburg Resort offers a range of services, including luggage storage, a ticket service (winter only), and a tour desk. The Snow Sports Centre provides onsite ski hire, ski storage, and a drying room.
